Candles ship within 3 business days from Austin, Texas, packed in moulded pulp and unbleached paper. Domestic delivery is 3–6 days; international 7–14 days. Shipping is complimentary over $120.
Unburned vessels may be returned within 30 days for a full refund — write to hello@luminousarcana.co and we will send a label. Burned candles cannot be returned, but if a wick or vessel fails we will replace it, no questions.
Reading times may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the hour reserved. Missed sessions are held as credit for 90 days. Readings are reflective, not medical, legal, or financial advice.
We store only what an order requires: your name, contact details, address, and reading times. Nothing is sold or shared, and reading recordings are kept private to you and deleted on request.
Purchases are for personal use. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout. By ordering you agree to these terms and to receiving order-related email.
Luminous Arcana is a small, intentional practice. Rudeness, harassment, abusive language, or disrespect toward our readers or staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel pending readings, and refund only the material portion of an order when behavior falls outside these expectations. Readings are a shared, considered space — bring patience, and receive with care.
